Velvet Touch Lipliner has a fantastic colour pigmentation and is waterproof. It is soft and flexible to apply and provides a super edge to the lips, preventing lipstick from bleeding into the small lines around the lips. It can be used on its own as lipstick if an extremely matt and durable colour is required. Velvet Touch Lip liner contains vitamin-E and jojoba oil and is free from mineral oils. Can be sharpened using an ordinary cosmetic pencil sharpener. To prevent the pencil from drying out always replace the cap after use.
