eyebrow pencil for filling and
shaping the eyebrows, offers a soft and powdery application with
a nice and natural colour pay-off. It is long-lasting and stays put
even on oily skin. EYEBROW PENCIL can be used dry and you will get a soft
and discret eyebrow colour. For more intense eyebrow colour, wet
the eyebrows before applying with a moistened cottonpad. Can easily be sharpened with a cosmetic pencil sharpener.
In order to protect the pencil from drying out it is most important
to put the cap on the pencil again after use.
